Cancellation Policy of Affordable 1st Aid

Please be advised that cancellations made up to 48 hours before a scheduled class at one of our locations will be processed without a penalty. Client will have 30 days from the cancellation date to register for another class.

Cancellations made 48 hours before a scheduled class at one of our locations will be processed with a $10 rebooking fee. Client will have 30 days from the cancellation date to register for another class.

Cancellations made 24 hours or less before a scheduled class at one of our locations will not be refunded.

​

Cancellations for onsite (at your location) classes made 7 days or less before a class will be subject to a charge of half of the service rate of the class. This includes appointments where our service provider is unable to access the property, is turned away, or the client is unavailable.

All cancellations must be made in writing via email and sent to affordable1staid@outlook.com, and must be confirmed by Affordable 1st Aid. If you have requested a cancellation and haven't received a confirmation of cancellation within 24 hours, please call Robbin at 509.280.5000.
